Mexico… e nuvole!!!

General notions

Mexico country also in the south of America, a fascinating and exotic warm and haunting, the country is personally my favorite part of the world, perhaps because they are in love with the sea (and it says here that there is one of the most beautiful seas in the world), perhaps because deep love this kitchen.
I'm crazy about the chili and if you do not eat a lot 'here I do not know where we can go to eat ... (Perhaps maybe in calabria? ).

But we do a little 'geography and more:
The United Mexican States (Mexico) (English: Estados Unidos Mexicanos, México) is a federal state of North America. Bordered on the north by the United States of America and south-east by Guatemala and Belize, overlooking the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea to the east. It is the northernmost country of Latin America and is the largest and most populous English-speaking nation in the world. Mexico is a federal republic consisting of 31 states (the official name is United Mexican States). The federal capital is Mexico City (Ciudad de México), whose metropolitan area exceeds 18 million inhabitants, of whom 8.6 million live in the so-called Federal District (Distrito Federal, DF) itself.

English is not the official language of Mexico (in fact there is no official language in the country) but is spoken by the majority of the inhabitants, and is used in government. Officially, the government recognizes 62 Amerindian languages, among which the most widely spoken are nahualt and Maya (both with 1.5 million speakers). Others, such as lacadon are used by fewer than 100 people.

The government has promoted bilingual education programs (in English and a local language) in the rural indigenous communities. English is very popular in big cities, near the U.S. border and in beach resorts. English is becoming popular especially among young people, while the most prestigious private schools offer bilingual education.
On September 16, 1810 declared independence from Spain, followed by a long war that led to the final in 1821.

Mexican cuisine

Famous for its intense and varied flavors, colorful decoration, and variety of spices.

Mexican gastronomy, if you look at the flavors and ingredients, is one of the world's richest in protein, vitamins and minerals but some people find it too spicy.
When the English conquistadors arrived in the Aztec capital Tenochtitlan (now Mexico City) found that feeding was based on local dishes based on corn with added herbs and often accompanied by beans.
Subsequently, the conquistadores added to food by the pre-Columbian Mexico (which included cocoa, vanilla and cherry tomatoes), rice, meat and wine they had brought from Spain.

Most of the current Mexican cuisine is based on the traditions of Native Americans, including Maya and Aztecs.
A key ingredient is the chili.

The dishes are often very colorful view of the wide variety of vegetables (eg, red peppers, verdi, chili, broccoli). Il cibo messicano varia a seconda della regione, per via delle differenze etniche tra gli abitanti indigeni e a seconda della maggiore o minore influenza da parte degli spagnoli.
I piatti principali e più famosi sono i tacos,i burritos, la salsa guacamole, le tortillas. La bevanda più famosa è la tequila, derivata dalla pianta dell'Agave. Dalla fusione tra cucina statunitense e messicana è nata la popolare cucina Tex e Mex.
