The restaurant's cuisine is characterized by the presence of local bread, very special, which is a bit 'of course (in the sense that all foods are prepared above) of beef, which is the host, and a strong presence of various spices, which make tasty but very spicy. The menu consists of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. Among the starters, there's sambusà, a sort of crunchy ravioli, stuffed with beef, vegetables and spices, really good, the falafel, ie balls fried chickpeas and spices, very good but obviously pesantucce, and much more ... The main dishes (zighinì, Sprisse, tibs ...) are composed of a bed of bread on which they are prepared pieces of meat (especially beef but also veal, lamb and chicken) and various vegetables, with lots of spices to flavor the whole, but also all vegetarian falafel and a plate. Of course, everything you eat with your hands, using bread. The drinks are almost all Italian wines: Various cola cola, beer, the ubiquitous lemon. The only novelty is made up of some exotic fruit juices (pineapple, mango and guava) and the coffee made in the manner of Ethiopia.

Because there is a bit 'of each of us in GiapponeMania

obviously have to like rice. The most important element of the Japanese table, the small and delicious local rice, is eaten with everything, and always boiled without seasoning.
Rice accompanies the food: it opens and closes the lunches, the food is for many the main or the only one.
meals during the day are three fairly early in the morning, breakfast can be "the Japanese" that is, with rice, fish or "Western" with the classic coffee and bread (or brioche). Breakfast at the "Nippon Way" also belong to our foods that taste may seem strong, especially in the morning, like pickled vegetables in brine, or dried fish.
What is, however, can never fail (how to say it!) Rice, served in a lacquer box with a lid that keeps hot. The rest of the food varies according to season and can range from eggs, fish and vegetables. Sometimes you can make use of small stoves, laid on the table, on which Cook first fruits of the season, like mushrooms or whatever.
lunch when you are at work or otherwise away from home, is packed. In these cases we use the bento, a kind of lunch bag, a box of wood (or plastic) clearly contains more rice, fish or meat and vegetables into small pieces. Is naturally with chopsticks (hashi or bash) that despite the Westernization marked are preferred to the fork and knife. Dinner is usually eaten at home.
Japanese cooking is very simple, without spices, frugal, ma non priva di fantasia e raffinatezza.
The
Sake, Japanese rice wine that accompanies these dishes nicely.

Pinch of 日本 / 日本国 on our plates

prepare with the Tempura?
Amiche not worry! The girls of the ladle were immersed in Japanese cooking and tell you just that: it's not all fried foods! The secret and craftsmanship in making these delicious dishes lies in making them as light as possible!

1) Per not to commute with the kitchen and make dinner more fun brought to the table you need to fry pan by using a "fondue bourguignon (with alcohol stove) or electric fryer.
2) Bring to the table also kept the batter in the refrigerator until the last minute. 3) Next to each diner, prepare a bowl for sauces.
You should know that much of the success lies in tempura batter.
But do not bother: it is very simple.
Beat the egg yolks in a bowl and add the water to be cold, then add the flour, stirring slowly.
Store in refrigerator for one hour. The oil, however, must be very hot (160 degrees about), but not hot. Now
prepared ingredients: asparagus clean, cut eggplant into slices an inch thick and then with diamond pattern, cut in half the onions, the peeled baby potatoes, peeled prawns (with tails, please!).

Wielding bamboo skewers, each diner will take some time, the icy dip in the batter, then immerse in hot oil making it sizzle and brown.
Once extracted, it will pass quickly in the sauce placed close to the plate and then eat it. The sauce can be enriched according to the taste of the diner with sauces or spicy sweet and sour that you can find ready-made.

Natale in sudamerica

Ebbene si tra 10 giorni spaccati è natale e quindi per stupire relatives and friends on Christmas Eve (or lunch and 25) we have to prepare something unusual .. so let the bottom of our imagination with some useful and tasty recipe!

Christmas is a feast accompanied by different customs, folklore and celebrations vary from country to country, both socially and religiously.
There are many traditions, practices, and familiar symbols of Christmas such as Christmas tree, the pig's trotter, the Yule log, holly, mistletoe, the poinsettia, the exchange of gifts, already present in the traditions of certain Nordic peoples before the introduction of Christianity.

The celebrations of the solstice winter were very common and popular in northern Europe, and before they were incorporated in the Christian tradition, the word Christmas was defined with Yul, which was drawn the Anglo-Saxon word which means "Christmas yule. As for the Christmas tree, is believed to have been introduced for the first time in Germany.

The dominant themes in the religious celebrations of Christmas are strongly influenced by the Catholic religion. Costumes trees that are the basis of bringing gifts, are a mix of local and European traditions. These traditions include "El Niño Jesus", or "Baby Jesus", who brings gifts to children in Colombia, Chile is in the tradition of Pasquero Viejo or Old Man of Natale, mentre in Brasile la tradizione di Papai Noel rassomiglia molto a quella di Santa Claus.

In Peru, where there is a strong component of the descendants of Native Americans, the figures of Christmas are often hand-carved in a style very old. In Mexico instead are very much alive the traditions associated with the processions, events that mimic and celebrate the birth of Christ. Lunch in these areas is very important and varies from area to area and from region to region. Even here, Christmas is celebrated with lights, parties, holidays, and as the southern hemisphere's summer, even with fireworks especially in Brazilian cities.
In many companies, schools and communities in many countries are organized receptions e balli legati al Natale e sono feste che di solito lo precedono di diverse settimane.
Alcuni gruppi, invece, mettono in scena suntuosi spettacoli, specialmente in America Latina.

impersonate Joseph and Mary, who wander in search of a shelter to rest, not having found any hotel from there. The hosts prevarication, as prescribed rituals, and finally became aware of Mary's pregnancy advanced, offering them accommodation. All together, at midnight, singing, in a climate of great celebration, the birth of Christ, which is placed in a manger, while children break with sticks and pifiatas the plunge to earth in search of the fruit better. The most striking feature of Brazilian New Year holiday is the constant elements of syncretism between Christian and non. Over time, the arrival on the continent of huge quantities of African a result of the slave trade and the presence of Catholic settlers, led to the development of religious forms entirely original, in which Christian saints and the spirits of African religions were intertwined in an indistinguishable amalgam. For example, in Florianopolis, an island south of the country, the last night of 'year is celebrated on the beach.

addition to the usual celebrations (as in Europe, here are shooting fireworks in the sky, but the function call to drive out the winter and the sun loses its meaning and, on the whole of Brazil and South America are located in 'southern hemisphere and celebrate Christmas and New Year in mid-summer) in the same beach Cardes followers spiritualist religion founded by Alain Cardin, rigorously dressed in white, dancing in circles until it was possessed by spirits. The next day, always from the same beach, throw flowers into the water deals in Yemanja, goddess of the sea and prosperity belongs to the pantheon of Candomblé, the religion of origin loruba (term that identifies the set of populations of the south-east Nigeria) .

offer to Yemanja affects everyone, regardless of religious affiliation, belonging to it is that Catholics Cardes, but it also initiates the eandomblé the gift of food.
At the end of the cycle is the Epiphany holiday, many felt throughout Latin America.

In Argentina as in Mexico, is celebrated by eating the Rose de los Reyes, a large donut in the dough, enriched with candied fruit, depending on the hiding place two or three dolls or eggs. In traditional Mexican families, with the distribution of the cake to the guests, he pays great attention to who will be the lot of the dolls, because they'll have to give a party on Candlemas. If Europe is the witch to put his gifts in stockings, in Argentina are the three wise men visiting the house, bestowing gifts to children who have put their shoes outside the door, beside which have prepared a basin of water and a few blades of grass for the camels. Even here, stewards of the gifts they always put in a shoe.

Shoes fact, as the stocking of the Epiphany, or the boot of St. Nicholas, the man put in communication with the ground and create a link to the magical underground. The dinner is held after the Christmas Eve midnight mass and stops the ritual fast. In Mexico, if less well-off homes in the menu does not differ at all from that day (frijoles and tortillas), on the tables richest triumph turkey stuffed with vegetables or roast leg of pork, accompanied by guaeamole (sauce made with avocado ), plates, they are present in all major holidays.

E i bambini?

Next to her, half hidden by vegetation, there was a statue of an angel. The girl then began to rip the leaves trying to free the statue ... Suddenly he heard a voice telling her: "Bring this plant in the church, Jesus will bless you both." Obeying the voice, the girl made a bunch with the branches of the plant and entered the church. While advancing towards the crib, the leaves on top of each branch became fiery red, as if they were burning .. This beautiful plant was poinsezia since that time, it sells just over Christmas. Many call it the Star of Christmas, which commemorates the miracle that Jesus did for that little girl who loved him tanto.

A forza di picchiare, qualcuno ci riesce e allora tutti si precipitano a raccogliere giochi, frutta e caramelle scattered on the ground.

Quando invece parliamo di “Taiwan” we should actually call it the Republic of China because the country is composed of the islands of Taiwan, the Pescadores islands, Quemoy and Matsu Islands.
look good on the map. Whenever we are preparing to test a new recipe is good to know where in the world map to point the finger!

were saying: how many countries that have recently opened a modern world, Taiwan is manifested in all its contradictions. A synthesis of ancient and moderno.Da one hand there are the streets of Taipei, where the frenzied crowd moves in attempts to buy the clock, with the markets open on notte.Dall 'other the silent landscapes of the hinterland: if want to check the network looking for the beautiful images of the Eternal Spring Shrine that overlooks the Taroko Gorge, with waterfalls that freshen the walls.
As for the local festivals and rituals in which at least once in their life would be nice to go there is the National Day of the "double ten", vainglorious celebration parade where a military parade and the events of the Taiwan Aboriginal Tribe Thao Harvest Festival.

THE BEAUTIFUL ART OF STICKS

Using chopsticks is fairly straightforward for a Chinese, but for those who come before the first time these objects can become a real problem! Here are some basic rule to follow if you want to show off casually:
1) put the first stick in the hollow between thumb and forefinger, and place the end (bottom) below the first joint of the ring. This stick is stable;
2) take the other stick between the tip of the index and middle fingers, stabilize the upper half of the index base-ce, and use the thumb to keep in his place;
3) to take the food, move the stick more with the index and middle fingers. If at first you will find
difficulty manipulating the stick-cini, practice on your own away from the table. At worst, use a fork or spoon!

preparing the table at its best!

In a Chinese meal all the dishes are served simultaneously and placed in the center of the table. Each diner has a medium size pot, a bowl for rice and soup, a spoonful of porcelain and a pair of poles which uses power from the dishes. One of the advantages of Chinese cuisine is the manner in which food can "expand", and for this reason that it is difficult to give precise abbastan-za 'portions' of each ricetta.Come rule, consider a plate for each person. If you cook for only 2 or 3 people, served a meat dish, a vegetable with rice, with the addition of a zuppa.Quando cook for more people, more and increased the number of plates, rather than the quantity of ingredients, since doing so will offer a wider range of choices on the table. When planning a meal, choose two, maximum three fried foods (very fast and stirred throughout the cooking process) along with dishes, steamed, stewed, roasted, braised or cold, which may be prepared with a rati advance. In this way, you will have the opportunities to enjoy lunch, instead of being constantly in the kitchen! FOOD
HARMONIC
When preparing food for a Chinese recipe, it is important that the various ingredients, which dovranno essere serviti insieme in un unico piatto, siano tagliati in piccoli pezzi di uguali dimensioni.

The Venezuela, a country with a thousand and a recipe!

Concepts generali

Venezuela is a federal presidential republic.

The official language is English. It is divided into 23 states plus the District of the capital (Distrito Capital) and 11 federal dependencies (Dependencias Federales) consisting of a set of islands and islets off the Caribbean coast of Venezuela and mostly uninhabited. The islands are grouped into the dependencies 72.

The Venezuelan cuisine is very varied and rich, in fact, abound on the coast fish, shellfish and seafood, are most common in the interior of beef and di maiale e le verdure, mentre in Amazzonia ci si ciba prevalentemente di cacciagione.

Erbe spezie, pesce, carne, uccellagione.
Legumi,vegetali, banane
Arepa, cachapa.

Si prepara, soprattutto, nella settimana santa.Ingredienti per quattro persone: pesce: ½ chilo di "chucho", "cazon" o altro pesce simile;

½ limone (succo);

sale (1 ½ cucchiate);

per il soffritto:½ tazza di olio di oliva;

una cipolla grande;

un peperone grande intero tipo "chile" messicano, cioè un peperone rosso dolce, aromatico ed in grado di tingere di rosso il soffritto (si può sostituire con paprica dolce);

4 peperoncini dolci; cilantro;

sale e pepe. Pasta frolla salata in una tazza di olio di oliva;

2 banane;burro;formaggio bianco, duro grattugiato;3 uova.

PREPARAZIONE

2. Quando il "cucio" ha una consistenza tenera, drain it and allow to cool. Peels and removes the cartilage as we will use only the pulp chopped.

3. In a pan fry in olive oil all the ingredients of the mixture, then added the fish chopped and cook over low heat until the sauce is not very dense.

4. Bananas are cut along the length of one centimeter in fillets and fry in hot oil to avoid burning.

5. Is rubbed with butter a baking dish and arrange themselves in layers of bananas cheese, whisk egg whites (yolks will be used for some other preparation, dato che in questa ricetta non si usano), la salsa di chucho che abbiamo già preparato fino a riempire la pirofila, come se si trattasse di un pasticcio di lasagne...

Questo ospite deve distribuire tra i presenti observing a ritual that reflects the ancient customs regarding the treatment of guests who are elderly, children and family more or less close. The meat is served with fragrant pieces of dough rolled and boiled.
At the end of the meal is served kumyss, fermented mare's milk, followed by tea.
Apparently the kumyss would be able to cure everything from colds to tuberculosis.

Kazakh cuisine today includes not only dishes belonging to the tradition but also those belonging to the culture in Uzbekistan, Russian, Tatar, Korean and other cuisines from which the Kazakh culture drew insegnamento.Per this reason it is easy to grasp the international note Kazakhstan today in the kitchen to which purely national approaches and traditional cuisine. In the contemporary variety of foods has changed considerably.
If in past centuries, the Kazakh population has accumulated experience in the preparation of dishes of meat and milk, modern life has led to the complete variety of foods. Nevertheless, the meat remains the most popular food in the Kazakh national cuisine.
The meat, in fact, is the basis for most dishes, namely meat is the dominant feature of any Dastarkhan, banquet: its abundance is a sign of prosperity.
Since ancient Kazakh cuisine is characterized by cooking methods (boiling used much): Also, the living standards of the Kazakh population leaves its mark even in the way of food preparation.
Between drinks we can mention the kumyss, the shubat and Airan, even tea collecting particularly popular.

Mexico… e nuvole!!!

General notions

Mexico country also in the south of America, a fascinating and exotic warm and haunting, the country is personally my favorite part of the world, perhaps because they are in love with the sea (and it says here that there is one of the most beautiful seas in the world), perhaps because deep love this kitchen.
I'm crazy about the chili and if you do not eat a lot 'here I do not know where we can go to eat ... (Perhaps maybe in calabria?
).

But we do a little 'geography and more:
The United Mexican States (Mexico) (English: Estados Unidos Mexicanos, México) is a federal state of North America. Bordered on the north by the United States of America and south-east by Guatemala and Belize, overlooking the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea to the east. It is the northernmost country of Latin America and is the largest and most populous English-speaking nation in the world. Mexico is a federal republic consisting of 31 states (the official name is United Mexican States). The federal capital is Mexico City (Ciudad de México), whose metropolitan area exceeds 18 million inhabitants, of whom 8.6 million live in the so-called Federal District (Distrito Federal, DF) itself.

English is not the official language of Mexico (in fact there is no official language in the country) but is spoken by the majority of the inhabitants, and is used in government. Officially, the government recognizes 62 Amerindian languages, among which the most widely spoken are nahualt and Maya (both with 1.5 million speakers). Others, such as lacadon are used by fewer than 100 people.
The government has promoted bilingual education programs (in English and a local language) in the rural indigenous communities. English is very popular in big cities, near the U.S. border and in beach resorts. English is becoming popular especially among young people, while the most prestigious private schools offer bilingual education.
On September 16, 1810 declared independence from Spain, followed by a long war that led to the final in 1821.

Mexican cuisine

Famous for its intense and varied flavors, colorful decoration, and variety of spices.

Mexican gastronomy, if you look at the flavors and ingredients, is one of the world's richest in protein, vitamins and minerals but some people find it too spicy.
When the English conquistadors arrived in the Aztec capital Tenochtitlan (now Mexico City) found that feeding was based on local dishes based on corn with added herbs and often accompanied by beans.
Subsequently, the conquistadores added to food by the pre-Columbian Mexico (which included cocoa, vanilla and cherry tomatoes), rice, meat and wine they had brought from Spain.

Most of the current Mexican cuisine is based on the traditions of Native Americans, including Maya and Aztecs.
A key ingredient is the chili.

The dishes are often very colorful view of the wide variety of vegetables (eg, red peppers, verdi, chili, broccoli).

How Much Formula Does Wic Cover

M exico… e nuvole!!! (2)

Ricette

HABITS AND USES
Ethiopia has always attracted tourists and travelers for its rich culture. Here you can dream in the land of the Queen of Sheba and dreaming of the adventurous banks of the Blue Nile
meeting point of the community in Ethiopia, is the market. It is the natural outcome of all crafts, especially ceramics, straw work, leather, and is also the high point of life "outside" of the woman.
remains widespread and the practice of tattooing, imprinted on the gums. Very popular are jewelry, crosses, rings, neck, fingers and ankles. Christians carry a cord around his neck (Matabe) with crosses and amulets to guard against the evil eye.
The traditional costume is the man Sciamma, a white robe, which often overlaps the barnòs. The Abyssinians celebrate with special emphasis on the day of the patron saint, during the feast of St. John, which marks the beginning of the new year, between 8 and 12 of our September. The more solemn celebration of the Coptic Church is the commemoration of the cross Maskal. Songs and dances have great weight in the Abyssinian tradition, often erotic themes. The games are more practiced in Ethiopia: the ganna, a kind of hochey, and Gugsa, tournament or joust on horseback.

BEADS ARTISTIC lose ... ... shall be prohibited
the north of Ethiopia, particularly the northwest, is one of the richest regions of the country, with regard to culture, history, architecture and natural beauty. The ancient city of Gondar is characterized by a wealth of castles and fortresses.
Comuni between pastoralists wind instruments, such as Washint and Emblita, made from bamboo canes. Another wind instrument is widely used Meleket along nearly a meter similar to a trumpet. The largest among the instruments of the Bamboo is Chechazey, built with bamboo and esophagus of a cow. Are used in religious ceremonies of small bells, and the Tsinatsil Quatchel.

And now, a little 'kitchen ....
Abyssinian in the kitchen there are few dishes; widespread is the consumption of raw meat, which you use to dip in berberè, crushed red pepper. A typical national dish is uot the sauce in the shape of meat sauce, with chunks of chicken and mutton, berberè, uova e ceci, che viene consumato con un pane caratteristico, morbido come una focaccia.
