Risotto with cockles and shrimps


today on the occasion of my one hundredth post, a combination so unusual as tasty.
Risotto with fresh cockles and prawns frozen (di qualità). Il piatto finale è risultato bello da vedere ma soprattutto gustoso al palato. Buon appetito!!!

Ingredienti
per 4 persone
320 g di riso carnaroli
15 gamberoni
500 g di telline mediterranee
1 scalogno
1 spiccio di aglio
1 bicchiere di vino bianco
 2 cucchiai di passata di pomodori
olio evo
Sale
pepe

 
Per il fumetto
1 costola di sedano
1 scalogno
1 carrot 1 clove garlic
